The following serivices may be billed for Home Health and Personal Care services through HHAeXchange.
- Attendant Care – S5125U2
- Personal Care 21 and Over – T1019U3
- Personal Care 21 and Under – T1019
- Respite – S5150
- HH codes are S9131, UB and T1021, TD, TE
Empower Personal Care providers must be fully onboarded with Federal Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and submitting all visits for the noted service codes through an EVV system.
If you are a Home Health provider and do not have access to a provider portal: Complete the HHAeXchange Provider Portal Questionnaire. The information provided through the form is critical to configure your portal, ensuring your agency will remain compliant.
To avoid claim suspension and payment delays, providers must submit these visits through an EVV system – either AuthentiCare or a chosen third-party EVV system that aggregates with AuthentiCare.
