Provider Handbook

The Provider Handbook is an integral part of the communication of provider contract requirements. It details most of the information and guidance related to what is expected by the state and Empower.

Specifically, it is an addendum to the provider contract with definitions, policies and procedures that are to lengthy to be detailed within the Empower provider contract. Many of the requirements are referenced either by federal, state and/or practice regulations along with much critical information and expectations in providing services to our members. It also includes many details on receiving proper payment for those services.

When in question about issues it is the first line of information that could help resolve those issues.
